Most useless service provide

I have been trying to get a upgrade, after several issues no one has bothered to help, i have been transferred from one help line to the next for the past week, going into a store is just as useless, clearly no one has any idea what they doing... i was willing to spend more money with them but after the bad services and the call centers hugging the phone up on me and their supervisors never getting back to you or taking your calls, to get told a day later their is no such person who works there, how is it possible that no one can help you or be prepared to do some work to make the company more money, i will no longer support vodacom, i will be cancelling my contract and will be moving to mtn soonest
