My account has been suspended but I am still owed data, I called in on Friday and emailed but still no response. The callcentre transferred me from one agent to the next from the accounts department to the cancellation department to the customer service all of the agents unsure about why it has been suspended. A lady in the cancellation department informed me that her manager said I should request to speak to the manager in the accounts and so I was transferred to accounts held for over 15minutes for the manager and no luck. I am unsure of what to do now, I have data from previous months and for this month owed to me and my account is paid. Please help me
