Cell C
CELL C DOESN'T WARN YOU!

Oh my goodness.
What a nightmare. For the past few weeks I've been bragging to my friends to join cell c, and then today, I get a copy of my statement and find weird charges on it!
I call Cell C for an explanation and ask them for assistance, and what I get from the call centre guy Ryan is: "This is a waste of your time.". I was like, WTH? A waste of my time? Cell C activating a deduction of R 6.15 per day, is a waste of my time? For something they can't explain and need to pass the buck to another call centre??
Okay, fine, it is not "actually" Cell C deducting from my account, but some weird as heck company that wants me to download some strange stuff on my phone which I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO! But what kills me inside is Cell C have been having this problem with other customers. I am not #1 or 1000 or 10 000. IF CELLC can spam me with competitions, why can't they send me an sms saying: "Hi angry lady, we notice these weirdos wanna deduct money, which isn't on your contract, which we hope you aren't doing, coz we did your affordability and you can't afford to pay an extra R185/190 per month, please confirm? "

INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED.
