IPhone 5s orde

On the 20th of November I upgraded my cellphone contract and opted to go for the new iphone. I was told that it would be in by the end o the week but it is now 23 days since I have placed my order and I am still yet to recieve my device.

My brother ordered his 2 days after I did and has recieved his. That is in Pretoria however and he still had to wait 18 days.

Where is my phone?

How can Autopage offer these contracts but have no devices? I was even told by the individual assisting me at the Walmer Park branch that they like to give the phones out earlier when upgrading to please colustomers. I am not pleased
