Not receiving SMS/OTP

After porting to Vodacom from Cell C, I no longer receive sms/OTP's from FNB bank. They have provided proof and logs that they send these sms and these have been sent to you. You refuse to believe anything even in your dealings with vodacom directly. I still do not receive my sms. After admitting that you have routing table issues to me and to Vodacom you suddenly deny that the problem is on your end. Yet Vodacom insists that it is on your end Cell C and that you have to update your routing tables to correctly route my sms that come from FNB. Or fix whatever else is broken and stop denying that anything is wrong. Something is wrong I am not receiveing sms for more than a month now and you ported me out so you are 50% to blame. Fix it. NOW!!! Do not refer this message to your normal channels we have been there and it has gotten me nowhere. Please escalate this and get this issue sorted. I also want a contact number and email address in Cell C of a person that I can follow up with on this issue on a daily basis until resolution. Not someone from the call center as they have no clue.
