I was initially a Vodacom account holder and at the end of my contract gave notice to Vodacom be a pre-paid customer. On 2013-09-02 i took out a new contract with Cell C Clearwater and was assisted by Neo (consultant). She promised that the "porting" of my mobile number would happen within 24 hours and my phone would be ready to be utilised. I patiently waited for the 24 hours to expire then switched on my brand new Samsung S4 Mini but discovered that i could not receive calls from Vodacom and MTN numbers only from Telkom and Cell C. On 2013-09-06 i contacted Vodacom Mobile Portibility on 0821299326 and tried to explain my situation but it seemed that the networks just end up blaming each other not knowing how to rectify my dilemna. Each day i call Neo promises to get back to me with feedback however i end up calling her and still no resolution is reached. Today i contacted Cell C again and discovered she was not at work and spoke to Bianca (manager) who promised to return my call within the hour and give me an update, this too never happened. I am really frustated and need assistance please... can anybody help please?
