I have complained before about letters addressed to an MTN Client turning up in my P.O. Box. I turned to Hellopeter after telephonic complaints to MTN Accounts Department failed to solve the problem. My main problem is that I am hiring the Box for my convenience. I believe a person called Mantoa from MTN tried to get hold of me via my cellphone to help solve the problem. I initially wanted to respond with statements like, I am not an MTN client. I am the one who is being inconvenienced. I already provided MTN Accounts department with all relevant details, including their client's account number. I work at a Shooting Range where cellphones are classified as a safety hazard. I also happen to be a very busy person. I prefer people contacting me via my Google Account. My gmail account is [Email Removed] All I want is for MTN to leave me in peace. I am not an MTN Client, nor do I plan on ever becoming one. I don't know what you want to discuss, but...
