Neotel Pathetic Service

Neotel changed the passwords on my e mail without notyfying anyone.
I have phoned them and held on for over 2hrs combined. Put on hold by Mthunzi for 30 minutes. No one came back
As I am writing this message I am trying again. Been on hold for 43 minutes already. Phoned them 9 times already.
Why not have a toll free number except the 011 587 2000.
My story is a long one with their absoloutely pathetic service. I will never complain about City Power again.
Neotel are by far the worst!!! Pathetic.
All my friends using Neomail are in the same boat. Have already been to someone else (8ta) to get me up and running. I am so frustrated. I am sorry that I ever put my foot near a neotel shop. I will tell every single person I know about the pathetic service.
