I upgraded to a Sony Ericsson xperia Arc from a BlackBerry in 2012. This Xperia Arc switches itself off while i am having a conversation on the phone. This happens a few times a week and thereafter it obviously takes a while for the phone to start up again before i can call the person i had the conversation with back.
The Xperia Arc also restarts itself on a daily basis from where i have to punch in my pin before the phone can work. This is also very annoying due to the fact that no one can call me before i notice this and punch in the pin. I have already taken the phone to vodacom for a software upgrade, but the problem still continue. It is also very inconvenient to book the phone in at a service station and then to use an old phone which doesn't have all the data and functions (as personalized) as the new phone.
I am very disappointed in the quality of Sony Ericsson and wish i stayed with Blackberry that never gave me any trouble.
