Unanswered queries for months aswell as new prices

Firstly I'm wondering why the premium for existing customers was not updated once the price changed. I am on 4mbit Uncapped All Inc Premium, been a customer for 4 years. I saw that the prices dropped to R769p/m. But because I am an old loyal customer I get to pay the full R899 for 2 months (maybe longer) after the price has dropped for newly signed up customers. Why treat your old customers this way? Surely it makes sense to keep your current customers happy.

Secondly I have been querying invoice items on my invoices for the since May. Literally sent about 5 mails and made 10 phone calls with promises of answers, but nothing yet.

I now want to cancel my Mweb account (brings a tear to my eye, you guys used to be my favorite company in SA). But I can't cancel because I have these unresolved items on my invoice every month. I feel like I'm being kept a prisoner of Mweb.

Phoned today and tried to finally resolve these issues, the guy told me he would log it with technical so they can investigate and told me I would receive a sms with a ref no shortly. Never even got the sms. Hopefully I can get this resolved before the end of the month so I can cancel the account.
