Want to change to Cell C - Every experience is bad

After 13 years with Vodacom I want to change to Cell C for the supposedly awesome deals...

I went to the Secunda store but they did not have stock of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and they seemed very inexperienced with customers and assistance with contracts. So i applied online, only to get a call to tell me that my application have been declined. I called my premier banker who said that i currently qualify for R96 500 credit card with 11.5% and I currently have a R89 000 overdraft facility which I have NEVER depleted. I'm not behind in any payments and have a clean credit record.

I called Cell C customer care but that lead to nothing...

So Cell C, the joke is on you - do you really want people to switch??
