Bad Signal at Albert Falls Dam

Dear Vodacom
Out here at Albert Falls Dam and Otto's Bluff (near Pietermaritzburg) we have had a bad signal and slow connection for years. Regrettably we rely on Vodacom or similar as all the landlines have been in this area. Despite numerous complaints in the town offices nothing happens. A lot of neighbours already have a contract with private suppliers, but very expensive. Vodacom looses business but does not seem to care.
There are enough people living in this area including businesses and villages like Claridge or Cramond. I am at the moment in Kosi Bay with far less population and the signal is excellent. Why is our area so neglected?
