MTN does not delive

My MTN SIM stopped working. Went to MTN Morningside to get replacement, but they could not get it to work. After 1 hour of trying to do it I was told that it takes 24 hrs to fix the problem and after that all will be OK.
Six days later my SIM is still not working. I wonder why MTN is treating its clients this way. Or it is pure incompetence. Yes!
