I called in to Cancel and nothing was done

I am really not happy with the service I have received. i never had an issue with them for the past 24 months.
But when i called in a few months ago to cancel one of my contracts, the person said it will be done. i have noticed today that i am still being billed. i called them again this morning and for some strange reason the guys at Customer service & cancellations don't have records of cancellation, they say that i called in for an enquiry!!! I don't know how these guys work but someone did not do their job properly. I asked for those funds refunded to me immediately for the 3 months and and the guy said he has to put me through to another department for that, I had to explain this situation 3 time already and now i had to do it again. however the line just cuts off when i was put on hold to be transferred. i sent them an email and there is no response!
