Ignorance of requests

Hilda had a bad experience with Nashua Mobile, Sandton City in August 2013. Since then we have been trying to get hold of the MD, Mark Taylor. All correspondence to his office is ignored. We expect Mark to apologise for the poor service that Nashua Mobile is providing and the trauma that Hilda experienced when they deleted sentimental photos from her phone. More than one call was made to his office, but was always directed to his juniors. All emails requesting him to call Hilda is ignored. The following is proof that the emails were received by his office:
