I am absolutely shocked at the service of MTN.
I have been with MTN for 15 years and have always had great service. Every time I go into the shop at Fourways Crossing there is never ever any stock of ANYTHING and the staff can never ever be of any assistance. Its the usual shrug of the shoulders "I don't know". Every single time I go to Fourways crossing they ALWAYS send me to Fourways mall. Yesterday I did a sim swop and was told to wait 2-24hours today, I phone customer care and there is no record of the request being sent. I have been told to go back to the store for them to request this again. I find this totally unacceptable. There is no parking and given that I only have a lunch hour I left. Phoned 808 again was told to contact the store and request that they do it immediately. I have now tried to phone again and there is no answer. It would great if once MTN could do something correctly
