Horrible Service

I wanted to purcahse a pair of Solomon Fellcross trail running shoes, not only did the y not have my size, they had almost no stock in any solomon shoe. I then decided to order it from the Vaal store - They said it would take round about 4 days for them to arrive if one of the other stores had stock. After a week of hearing nothing I phoned and asked if the shoes has arrived after which I was told that the other branches aslo had no stock. I phoned the Fourways crossing branch and I was told they have stock and in my size. I then phoned the Vaal store again and told them that Fourways had stock and once again i was told they will place an order - Its been 3 weeks still nothing, Fourways dont have stock anymore and I im still waiting for the Vaal store to get back to me

since when do one have to beg to buy something?
