Ripped off on cell charges

My wife and I upgraded our contracts and were put onto new packages. Due to me taking my contract a month before time, i agreed to buy an extra Gig to save on data costs as suggested by the salesperson. However, when we received our September bill, we were shocked to see that we had to pay a sum of R4500.00 for our accounts. Our calls were accepted but Autopage had charged us for GPRS which was not according to our contract. We immediately contacted them and several emails and phone calls later and the matter has not been resolved or any feedback from Autopage received. They insist that we are at fault and that they are correct. Several requests for itemised billings have fallen on deaf ears and as such, they have suspended our phone lines despite them telling us to pay an amount for our contracts. The frustrating part is that Autopage has never had the decency of contacting us and assisting us in resolving this matter yet are very quick to insist that we pay this account. They cannot provide us with answers when questioned and each time we have to speak to a different person at the call centre who gives us different views. Autopage MUST CATCH A WAKE UP.
