International Dialing

Registered for international dialing a little time ago.
Tried to use it now.
Phone informed me that it is a international call.
Phoned the call centre.
Bloke told me that he can see I am registered for international dialing.
Explained to him I can not.
He said he will reactivate it and I will have to restart my phone.
I did.
Any bets what happened.
The phone tells me I have to register for international calling.
Whenever you phone this company's call centre there are always hassles.
