I was trying to add an additional number to my current Vodacom contract but wanted a specific service. I tried three other Vodacom outlets plus Customer Care. None could help me. Mrs. Fransman dealt with my query efficiently. She listen to my needs, gave me options and suggested the best option for my needs. All this without fuss or excuses. She gave me the required feedback well before the time she specified.
