Unknown debit orders on my bank account

My wife been having some debit orders going on from her bank account for the service she doesn't have. She has been logging calls with the company customer service and the last communication she had with the customer service was on the 7th of Jan 2013 and she never got any fruitful feedback since then. (Reference number: 0013Ba8DXJB57RMG). On the 31st Jan 2013 her account got debited again. This is becoming such a nuisance and pathetic from such a well established business.
