Horrible service at mtn!

Trying to move from Vodacom to MTN. Will regret it! Came in twice to the shop everytime waiting for more than an hour and still I can't move my contract. Staff appear incompetent as each time I need extra documents or information. Sad to say but its not a good start to a relationship with mtn!
