A note to Mweb. We are cancelling our contract with you. We have reported our problem to you, on no less than 5 occasions, and still the issue persists. We are shunted from pillar to post and nothing is ever resolved. Your staff keep telling us that we will be billed by Telkom if they need to come out. Why would I keep phoning you, if there was no problem? I am now fed up with your attitude, and will be spending my money elsewhere. Do I have to beg you to sort out the problems. We are the customers, paying the bills, yet you are intent on winding us up the wrong way. You test the lines etc etc and tell us there is NO PROBLEM, but why does the line go dead, sometimes for 2 hours, and its almost everyday without fail. You offer a service, but are totally incapable of maintaining the infrastructure required to provide said service. Each day I spend as a Mweb client, fuels feelings of animosity towards your company. I have now been told to e-mail a letter to your cancellations department instructing them to cancel our account. What BS is that. How do I know anyone in your organization, will even read it, let alone carry out the instructions to cancel. I want to speak to someone.
