Terrible service from staff!!!

After migrating to a new contract with Nashua Mobile I have numerous queries and complaints with the billing. A data package was not loaded and after a 20 minute long call this was added only to later find out that free minutes do jot apply to service calls and not toll free. Charged for your incompetence!!!

After visiting the store to try and sort out the issue I was told that your staff can not do a thing but call through to the call center while I'm there and I must sort out the problem. Incompetent staff who cannot answer simple questions, do not know how your own application or billings work and treat clients with complete and utter disrespect. Left sitting in your store for 2 hours with no solution to the query and no answers from your staff.

100% dissatisfied with Nashua Mobile, the call center, the accounts department and the staff at Fourways mall!
