Phone Collection Billing!

This is really shocking and I promise I Will Never Ever use CellC services or encourage anyone for that matter to take a contract with them, no matter how tempting their offers may look!! They still haven't collected from me a phone they were supposed to take back within 7Days of delivery!!! I'm tired of their and their consultants calling me to book for collection that never takes place!! I did not think I would have to wait over two months for a phone to be collected!! It's utterly disgusting!! And what's more is that they are debiting my account and sending me statements? For what? I want my money back, I don't have any connections with them anymore!!!
