Unexceplable service!!!

I am an owner of a small bussiness in pretoria.
I recently rented a new place and with that I did a change of ownership to keep the landline number the same, I payed the activation fees and all was good, they reconnected my line in the next week. Two days later, my line was disconnected again with no notification.

After phoning customer service about 6 times, speaking to several different people from different departments, no one was even able to tell me why this happend!
I then went into the Telkom shop in Hatfield, they were very helpfull and after being there for an hour and a half, they finally found the problem... being that 'Someone' opened a new bin number and the money was payed into the wrong bin instead of the old one. This however was their fault!! The problem is on their system due to neglagents on telkoms side.

I am now sitting without my landline for 4 months, they found the problem but have not done anything about this or even contacted me with any feedback or solutions. I am furious with this situation as i am losing a lot of bussines due to telkom! This is soo unexceptable!!! Am i supposed to contact a Lawyer about this so that they can start fixing this?
