No Feedback regarding cancellation

I want to know, I was due for an upgrade and phoned mtn sales department this morning. I have ordered a Siii mini because the other phones that I was interested in was out of stock, I made a over hastily descision regarding the siii mini and called back after an hour to cancel the order, I also send various emails to no avail. This afternoon the courier company already called me to confirm the delivery address but I was too late to answer my phone. The lady told me that she will email my message to Mark and he will call me back, still waiting. So what am I supposed to do now?
