This is my 3rd report regarding this phone. A month ago I received my phone out of repairs and now it's broken again with the same problem - it doesn't read sim cards.
The only "help" I get from the store is that I need to book it in for repairs again. I had a major problem the last time I booked it in as nobody told me about a sim swap or loan phone. Now they want me to repeat the procedure... all while Cell C bills me every month for a device I can't use! This time when I asked which loan phone I will get, they showed me an old basic phone. One that surely doesn't have the capabilitites of my S4 which I use (and pay for!!) daily.

I want a replacement phone. It's UNACCEPTABLE that a phone less than 6 months old has broken twice in the same way.

P.S customer service at the Canal Walk branch is terrible!
