What's happening???

Hi, i'm a loyal BlackBerry customer for more than 3years. Since I updated my software on Sunday on my z10 my camera stopped working, can't watch any videos ect. Got no fix for this. Everyone just says it's a z10 thing. Well, i'm paying extra for a phone then. And the battery goes flat in less than 5hours and it shows only 75%. I'm fed up. Hope someone can help me...
