MTN not keeping to our contract

I have taken out a contract from you in June - I switch from a staff sim to a contract. I have not been billed correctly once. I have not received my data bundles. So what I am going to do now is to stop my payment to MTN seeing as that you have broken out contract and agreement, I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. I am unable to get hold of your call centre 083 808.
