Poor service from MTN

Please hello peter help me MTN has not contacted me after i placed a complain here its close to 3 weeks and still know phone the insurance people are not picking up the phone THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG I REGRET TAKING A PHONE WITH MTN ALL I WANT IS THE PHONE THAT IM PAYING FOR AND NOTHING ELSE FROM MTN IM SO DEEPLY HURT AND ANNOYED.
