Still Waiting for my phone

I took out a contract on the 1st of Dec, this was a big promotion on the iPhone 5C. I am currently still waiting for my phone. How can a company have a promotion but not keep stock of that item? obviously they should have known that a lot of these phones will be sold.

What i can't understand at all is that no one can give me an answer as to when stock will arrive. phone the supplier and find out when they will deliver the stock!

Dose no MTN branch have stock of these phones? can't they collect one from another branch?

I'm really starting to get annoyed with this and really feel like canceling this contract.
