I am due for an upgrade on my cell phone package, I visited the Altech Autopage shop at the Checkers Centre in Vanderbijlpark on the 24the of October.

One of their consultants offered me a package which suited me, but then he said that this specific package wasn't loaded onto their computer system and he had to send head office an email to load it and he needed to make sure what phone is available with the specific package. He promised that they will call me the next day.

After I haven't heard from them for a few days, I called on the 22nd and the consultant said that he is still waiting for Altech Autopage head office. On Thursday 31st I phoned again and spoke to the owner, he had a don't care attitude but he promised to sort the problem and give some feedback. I did not receive any feedback to this day and I will therefore be forced to take my contact (R1017.00 / month) elsewhere.
