For a couple of months we have been struggling with Vodacom where my wife and I would get an sms notification stating the following:
You missed calls from:
2776; (1), 07:31 05/12/2013;
2783; (3), 08:35 05/12/2013;
2783; (2), 08:49 05/12/2013;
but the phone never rang!! We changed the handset, and this morning my wife received another one:
You missed call from:
2771; (1), 12:13 05/12/2013
When you call to log a fault they take your message and then nothing happens! We visited the Menlyn customer care to complain once again and were told that we could cancel and pay the R5000(!!!) cancellation fee but no mention was made of how they would fix this. So, I am unable to use my phone as I cannot make/receive calls for a large portion of every day yet I have to pay for this 'service' every month!? Why should we pay for something that we can't use???
