Incompetence at its BEST!

Must I cancel all my business with MTN before someone there starts appreciating my business?
If you too incompetent to attend to my gripe, please let me know and I can find an alternative provider. Truly disappointing after so many years of being an MTN client...

Tupana Malatji is the most unprofessional, egocentric, uninviting, illiterate and incompetent consultant I have ever spoken to at MTN... she should be doing filing somewhere in the back end of your business and not directly liaising with clients. She has no idea how to speak to clients or even calm a client down due to MTN's inability to fulfil my request.

David Shiba or Itumeleng Kutumele, I would now like this matter to be handled by yourselves and wish not to speak to any agent anymore. Their level of proficiency, professionalism and adequacy is of the utmost disgust and have no idea how they managed to secure their services with MTN!
