Incompetent Staff???

My husband took out 2 contracts with Cell C in his name.
One for him and one for me.

Yesterday we received our upgrades.
Cell C needed to do a sim swap on BOTH lines.
My husband called the Cell C Contact Centre and asked the consultant to do the SIM swap on BOTH lines.
Last night he was up and running.
My line was still inactive this morning.

We called Cell C Contact Centre again and were informed that the SIM swap was only done on my husband's line. They haven't done mine after we ASKED THEM TO!!!

Now they have escalated the matter to some division.
Still no SIM swap done.

I REFUSE to wait 24 hours again to use my new phone!!!
