Wrongful advertising

MTN has a leaflet out dated 02-26 December with current contract deals.

I am due for an upgrade so I looked through the leaflet, chose a contract and went to, not one, but two different mtn stores on the 07 December to upgrade my contract.

The first store did not even have the phone on the system!! The second store told me they had sent all those phones back!! Today I called mtn to upgrade my contract. They told me they do not have the phone in stock!!

This is completely unacceptable as the leaflet has only just come out and I am pretty sure this constitutes wrongful advertising. I will take this complaint further if this problem cannot be resolved, and mtn will have lost a loyal customer.

The phone is the HTC Windows Phone 8X and the contract mtn anytime 200 for R229 PMx24 plus bonus.
