Number being constantly disconnected

Hello Peter. this is the 3rd time in a period of 3months that im reporting this issue. Vodacom keeps disconnecting my number, everytime i have reported this they promise that it will never happen again. Once again here i am stuck at work with my number not working. this truly upsets me as a Vodacom paying customer. my number that is being disconected is: 27839618488. however since it is not working Vodacom can reach me on my altarnative number: 27823149402
