I HAD A QUERY GOING ON WITH CELL C FOR THE PAST MONTH AND COUNTING, I WAS GETTING MORE AND MORE FRSUTRATED EACH TIME I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE.I THEN DECIDED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IN JHB AND SPOKE TO GINA WHO HANDED MY QUERY OVER TO AYANDA CELE.GINA WAS VERY WELL SPOKEN AND HANDLED MY QUERY PROFESSIONALLY.AYANDA KEPT ME INFORMED AND MY QUERY WAS RESOLVED WITHIN A FEW DAYS.AYANDA AND GINA ARE GEMS TO CELL C AND THE PEOPLE IN THE CALL CENTRE NEED TO HAVE THE SAME SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.THEY ARE BOTH AN ASSET TO CELL C! IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH THEM.THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN LADIES.SA COMPANIES NEED MORE PEOPLE WHO STRIVE FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE YOU DO.
