Not wanting to repair a phone under warrantee

I am not happy with the overall response but over a week ago i requested that vodacom put it in writing that they not repairing my phone, i since recieved feedback this is delaying my case im taking up with the ombadsman, i am hereby requesting for the umting time the final descion in writing please
