How much more must I put up with?

After having signed up with AA (Altech Autpage) in December 2012, I complained about the lack / very poor cellphone reception through Cell C, I complained immediately which resulted in a cell c technician being despatched to investigate, his findings were that Cell C could not cover my home with decent reception. It has now been 10 months since? I have called weekly for the past 12 months (logs are with AA) to complain about my poor/ no reception I am considering cancelling my contract, please help!
