Not giving the customer all the info

I upgraded my contract recently (because I recieved a sms from vodacom), I changed to a Uchoose Flexi 500.
I was billed 699 at the end of the month, I called Customer care and spoke to a Max (From the cape town call centre.) I was furious, he shouted at me on the phone when I shouted at him, I am the customer and have every right to be upset. The way he reacted was not the way a call centre agent should act towards a customer. He told me that there is another 3 months where I will be charged 298 a month for my Samsung galaxy, and then 500 for my airtime. This was not made aware to me when i was doing my upgrade at cape gate Game Store. If I was aware of this then i would have waited another three months before i did this upgrade. I am beyond furious with what has happened, and i have been loyal to your network for more than ten years. It actually makes me sick that you guys will purposely tell me I can upgrade and with hold information from me just so I can do my upgrade then you hit me with a unexpected bill. This is truly pathetic from Vodacom. What is even sadder is that I will probably get a call from someone reading off a piece of paper and cannot help me... pathetic
