Hi, for the 3rd time since I ported my phone I am unable to receive MTN calls or sms' (Apparently my number isn't available on the MTN network)... VERY frustrating
My husband phoned to report it on Thursday 28th then I went to the Sandton City Branch on Saturday (30th Nov) and they said that the problem would be resolved within 2 to 24 hours. On Monday we were told that it would take up to 5 days. Nashua mobile haven't bothered to keep me updated with what's happening so now I'm now sitting on the phone WAITING... Just been told that they're escalating it for goodness sake a week later... and I need to take my phone it to be checked... what rubbish! I can receive calls from all other subscribers just not MTN!!!
Nashua Mobile you need to keep your clients updated that's what "customer service" means! And you need to make sure that if you're porting a number it stays ported and I don't have to waste my time going backwards and forwards!
