You know I personally hate call centres because of their incompetencies but I thought I would try vodacom and give them the benefit of the doubt simply because all I needed to do was UPGRADE my phone.
Boy! am I sorry that I picked up that phone and asked for assistance.
I was assisted by a lady called Billy or something like that, the sad part is that I had to remind her about her duties in terms of what she needs to verify with me as I was upgrading and moving to a new tarrif all together.
I mean this lady didn't even bother to confirm important details as to when the d/o will start debiting my account as well as the d/o date. I then asked her why she didn't ask me what colour of phone I wanted - UNBELIEVABLE!
Anyways - I then told her that I wanted a WHITE phone - a BLACK one was delivered.
I contacted vodacom the very next day and only to be told that it will take a week for them to swop the phone and deliver the right colour. Now this is absolute nonsense!!! I am with the wrong colour of phone because of some incompetent employee that couldn't do her job properly - so WHY SHOULD I SUFFER for a silly mistake.
This feedback came from the supervisor by the name of Marvin!
