I wanted to migrate from a 750 to a 500 anytime, but was told I couldn"t keep my minutes, then I was told I could and there was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing. the problem being when all was said and done, I renewed my contract for another two years and then when I follow up to get the phone am advised there is no stock and there is no date as to when the stock will be available of the Nokia Lumia. When I asked why it is only brought to my attention now, she says there was stock when we had the conversation. The problem is it just sounds like hogwash. Anyway my contract has been cancelled, clearly an overpromise and underdeliver.
