It has been 5 working days since porting my number and contract from CellC to MTN and yet I cannot use my cellphone in any way.

After three attempts (after 2 failures, as a result of things like typing in my second name in the system) the system on Nashua Mobile's side, finally show that I have successfully RICA'd for the new contract. However, still no use of my phone is possible. Even after rebooting etc. Because of all the delays and waiting time I could not cancel my contract within the allowed 5 working days, and therefore forced to wait this painful process out while losing contact with everyone including my clients!

When I speak with my Nashua Mobile branch as well as the Customer Care Consultants, they say my phone should be working and the fingers get pointed to the IT department every single time - reffering to routing tables etc.. After the 5 calls I have made I have heard new excuses every time.

It is a brand new Samsung S4 and new sim card so hardware should not be the issue.

I will continue escalating this matter, quickly moving to the top of your organisation structure! You are costing me money by the second!
