Empty promises

Requested a new data contract as per the offer in the October 2013 vodacom book. Deal was inclusive of modem and Macbook Pro. Was told the Mac must be ordered from h/o and they would contact me.
Called back almost a month later due to no response. Was told that they had neglected to place the order, but would action. Details taken again.
Another month later - no response and still no Macbook Air.
Poor service from Vodacom.
I tweeted @Vodacom111 and after much messaging was asked for mu number and they would contact me. I did so more than a week ago and still no contact.
My business is not wanted I guess and now Vodacom my other 3 contracts are in jeopardy. I am cancelling and going to find me a provider that delivers. Pity though after more than 12 years.
