Bad Serivce

Vodacom gives very bad service, firstly there consultants are not well trained up cos they dont know wat they are doing or saying. I foned for my upgrade and the consultants advised me that I can get 2 hand sets, the second consultant doesnt even bother to call me back cos there system is off line and the third consultant tells me that I have to pay a fee of R5000 and something cos I am a risk. I have never had such bad servce or heard such in my life, they are very happy to deduct my money from my account every month and when u need to upgrade they have all the stories in the book. I want this sorted
