MTN is useless!!!

I wanted to cancel my contract, reffered to Retentions. Aderlee sold me a new deal. Accepted contract, i need to de-activate old sim card and re- activate new sim card. It takes me more than 15 calls from my cellphone and 5 alls from my landline. I'm holding on for more than 10 minutes at a time. Now I'm FRUSTRATED. I DONT WANT THIS CONTRACT ANYMORE... SCREAMING!!! MTN SERVICES ARE SH...
