It has never been worse dealing through a third party to the network providers. My cellphone contract is overdue for renewal by 3 months; and now that i also want to renew my data contract with my tablet, together with my cellphone contract, Nashua Mobile refuses to do so 3 weeks ahead of time. I would think that as an act of retention of 2 contracts with themselves, they would be flexible by just 3 weeks, considering my cellphone contract included a hardware subsidy which is still included although the 24 months has expired paying towards the device.
To add insult to injury, after speaking to their Customer Services, i was placed on hold for more than 45 minutes holding on for dear life to get through to their Retentions department to cancel my contract. I would think that Vodacom would also lend a hand in retaining their clients serviced through this third party... upgrade both or cancel my 2 contracts with yourselves...
